Terms and Conditions

“Videographer” refers to LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD. “Client” refers to the person or company booking services. “Project” refers to the agreed video production services. “Deliverables” refers to the final edited video(s). 

A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Dates are not secured until both are complete. LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD reserves the right to decline bookings. 

Payment structure includes a deposit and final balance due upon delivery unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of delivery. 

Deposits are non-refundable. Short notice of cancellations may result in the full charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. 

The Client must ensure access, permission, and a safe working environment. Client delays may reduce filming time or incur additional charges. 

Client input must be agreed before filming. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs. 

Delivery timeframe is 5–10 working days or as otherwise agreed. The package includes limited revisions; additional revisions are chargeable. 

LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD retains copyright. The Client receives a non-exclusive license for the agreed use only. 

Website use, organic social media use, and internal business use are included. 

Paid advertising, broadcast, and third-party use require additional licensing. 

Organic use is indefinite. Paid or commercial use is licensed for 12 months unless agreed otherwise in writing. 

LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD may use the content for portfolio, marketing, and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. 

LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control. 

LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by unforeseen events outside its control. 

Deliverables are stored for a limited time only. Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless separately agreed. 

LIGHTSLENSMEDIA LTD may terminate the agreement if these terms are breached. 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. 

Cost of insurance may be passed onto client unless otherwise agreed upon  

Payment or deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
